Formed in 2004, Majstori are made up of tamburasi in their early 30’s possessing an undying love for Croatian music and culture.  Majstori’s members include Joe ‘Leno’ Grlica on lead vocal and kontra, Joe ‘Fricijo’ Riccio on first brac (prvi basprim), Mark ‘Stari’ Strahanoski on second brac (drugi basprim), Paul Prsa on bass (both tambura & electric), and Ivica ‘Mesar’ Hosticka on drums (first brac at times). . 

While located in the Chicago area, Majstori have been entertaining Croatian communities throughout the World at wide variety of events ranging from weddings and private parties to concerts and festivals.  Majstori's style of music is best described as ''TambuRok' - Tamburica Music with a kick of Rock. Their musical repertoire seems almost never-ending and consists of many the old time favorites that your grandparents sang, kolos for everyone’s dancing pleasure, and the newest hits and releases currently being played in Croatia.

Majstori are currently working on an album which will consist of Majstori's favorite 'narodne' Croatian songs that are always played at weddings and gatherings.

In addition to the new album Majstori have been working on original compositions that are slowly getting compiled on an original album with no release date as of yet. One song in particular 'Usne Medene' will be performed at the Tamburica Association of America Annual Festival held in Chicago on October 1st - 4th, 2009. http://www.tamburitza.org/ChicagoGanza09/
